Foundry Tooling
We perform pattern/corebox design and construction, gating and risering, alterations to existing tooling, and castability enhancements. Foundry tooling consists of patterns, coreboxes, models and all the rigging that makes a complete job ready to run in a foundry.

We have the facilities to make wood, metal and plastic tooling at our plant in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Wood Tooling
We have heavy-duty woodworking equipment and highly experienced patternmakers to make any type of wood pattern, corebox, or model that can be designed.
Metal Tooling
Modern computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools are employed to make fully machined tooling.  Cast-to-size metal tooling can also be provided.
Plastic Tooling
We cast urethane and epoxy materials to provide low cost patterns and coreboxes.

General Machining
C.A. Tooling offers an array of services from job shop work to small and medium production runs. With our Wire EDM & Sinker EDM capabilities, C.A. Tooling can handle most any turn-key job.

Capabilities
With our high speed CNC milling machines, we can produce accurate tooling and machined parts from solid models or our prints. C.A. Tooling utilizes state of the art machine tools and software to deliver on these advantages.

Using our new state-of-the-art manual mills and lathes, we are able to provide our customer with low cost and quality prototype work.

As a full service machine and tooling shop, our five axis Wire EDM compliments our desire to be on the cutting edge of technology.

Casting Supplier
If your needs require castings, our foundry connections get fast results.

C.A. Tooling has close relationships with various casting suppliers and can be your one-stop source for tooling and castings. The castings can even be machined prior to shipping to your plant.

Capabilities
Castings of all shapes, sizes, type of metal and quantities can be provided to our customers.

Molds for Plastic Parts
We build wood and urethane molds for the vacuum form process and metal molds for injection molding.
